nope
they have been going on the auction house for about 1.5m weekly. not nearly as rare as you think it is.
recently they posted one of each 1rst gen rose regail on featured auctions. Since then, more and more pieces have been put into circulation. the days of 50-60-70k ce sest are over. You'd be very lucky to get 40k ce for set. And thats a set, not just the chap.

Just for reference sold my chap a few weeks back got I think 37k Ce. I know a friend sold his for 40k Ce about 3 weeks ago as well. So Im guessing 35k to 40k ce is a good offer.
