I played the other day and got a big problem. I have all the latest drivers and java. I made sure my download is up to date. but I am pretty sure the problem is "jet lag" due to having satellite internet. When I attack or get attacked or even pick up an item or get on an elavator. I keep moving but at least a second or two later after I have moved away I will get hit or the enemy will get attacked while I am not even near him even though I just did that 3 seconds ago. So is there ANY way to fix this problem because it makes Spiral Knights pretty much unbearable and unplayable for me and I really enjoy the game. All I have availabel in my new house is satellite internet. Hopefully you can think of something?

So what the %^#& can I do?
Pretty much screwed? OMFG! Why would where I live make a difference? Anyway Sega or Three Rings can make a pc version that I can play the levels at home one player style? OMG this really really sucks. Is it this way for all online games?

Trying
You cant change the fact that
You cant change the fact that your internet physically has to travel a further distance to reach the server.

If you live on a nice neighbourhood, you could get some wi-fi asking nicely.

wait 3 seconds.................................A forced Good-bye
I live out in the country and that is why I have to have satellite internet I bought a house but where I used to rent I had high speed internet. Well I guess I will miss Spiral Knights. Take care guys and maybe I will be back before the game gets shut down. sad sad->>>Epic sad
Hmm, you're pretty much screwed. The fact that the game uses UDP makes it even worse. You COULD try to get a VPN (or proxy) service so at least you have TCP traffic to the VPN server, and the UDP traffic from the VPN to the game will rely on wired connections (I guess, I don't know where you live) reducing the packet loss, but this is just an assumption, there are a lot of factors involved.
