4125 is working on a 550 CE to $1 rate, equalling the sale price of $7.49 (well, I'm adding a cent purely for ease of calculation). Given the sale price it's at currently I'm not mad enough to try for an energy rate well over that.
What would you consider a good offer then if 4125 CE is not acceptable?

Mmm, difference of opinion
I like to base things off the maximum 400 CE per dollar rate that you can buy at under normal circumstances when evaluating. If it's only a little higher than that, I'll usually accept it.
However, I would probably pay only around $3 to $5 for that game, which is why I'm waiting to see if you ever drop that low.

Looks like a good game Niichi, but not for what amounts to more than $10.
