Do these have equal fire resist?

1. Vog cap w/ fire resist maximum

2. Vog cap (no UV) and Vog coat (no UV)

Yep. Do note that fire res on wolver line items are rather expensive due to that, so it's far cheaper to just do coat&cap. But if you got the money, why not.
