Just a suggestion, not everyone knew when the deal on the Explorer Pack would end; that being said, could you please extend the sale for another week or so with an in-game warning mail where people know the sale will end. I was going to spend like 30 dollars on the packs today but found out they were gone, but I would still like to give you my money if you would give me the chance. :)
The mail sent when the sale started clearly stated that it ends Jan 2nd. I think the promo pic on the energy depot said that too. You just didn't pay enough attention.
