I am here to suggest a buff on the wrost way of dealing damage, the bombs.
the only way to do a really good damage with a bomb is with a nitronome, the solo bomb.
why the generic swordsman needs to do a super high dps and the bombers, going so close to the mobs do less damage?
i love my master blast bomb, but because of it bright explosion i cant use it on a party because when i charge the master blast bomb, they kick me.
why the GMs dont fix the blast bomb line? because they dont read suggestions,or at least dont answer, and put nonsense things on the game like P2P content.(Shadow lairs)
i doubt that anyone suggested the shadow lair at the way they are.
why not make every lvl on the game give the same payout?because they dont read the suggestions.
im not a troll, i just wanna see if a GM gonna post something like"we read the players suggestion" or they will proof that i am right and they dont read what we write

sorry for the bad english.

It's been said by a few

It's been said by a few admins here that this forum is read by employees of OOO.

As a fellow bomber, I understand your complaint for big damage bombs that work well with parties. However, there are two points of conflict here:
1. There are many bombs available, but most of which are status inflicting bombs that do D.O.T. (damage over time); rather than the big bang damage that the Blast Bomb line brings. They may not want to add another bomb or bomb line due to the large variety already available.

2. You just insulted the very people who would end up implementing any "suggestion" you have submitted here.

me thinks you don't know what

me thinks you don't know what GMs do as stated in their job descriptions...you should be asking the DEVELOPERS OF SPIRAL KNIGHTS not the GMs.

as for the question "do GMs read the suggestions?"... yes they do i remember making a thread to make links more visible than they were just after the forums got an overhaul, they made it happen shortly there after. i also made a boss suggestion thread involving 2 snarbolaxes and that happened (not in the same context as the shadow lairs and i don't know if they were in production of it at the time) GMs don't need to prove anything by replying to you or the thread, they can remain silent and just catalog the thread for OOO.

as for buffing the bomb line... pointless seeing as bombs are in the support category and they do it quite well. i suggest you look up the word Objectivity in the dictionary because you lack it.

I feel your pain as a bomber.

However, like Gist, I use bombs more as status-inflicters than damage-dealers. For damaging, I just use swords. Also, what kind of jerks would kick someone out of a party just because they used the 2nd Most Powerful basic bomb in the game (No. 1 is the Nitronome, obviously)? Either way, here's how I see each weapon:
-Swords
Great for racking up damage, or for knocking a crowd of enemies away with charge attack.
-Handguns
Not as good as swords for damage, but useful for hitting switches, slaying far-off enemies, and detonationg bomb blocks that your teammates are unaware of as they march carelessly through IMF.
-Bombs
Probably best for inflicting status effects. Great for freeze-locking enemies (there's even a 1-Star freeze bomb), but not entirely reliable for just racking up damage, since one hit and you need to charge again.
Anyway, I'm more of a swordsman myself, but I use bombs pretty frquently, too. Been meaning to get that Toxic Vaporizer Mk. II, just haven't had the time...
