I think that the striker line of weapon is a bit lacking when it gets to Tier 3 (4 and 5 star)
I love the weapon don't get me wrong just the DMG output for all the time it takes to hit is a bit.... lacking
so I have a few suggestions and they are separate ideas to themselves so everyone can vote on which they like best
Random Idea to start this off is to change the name of the Striker to the Ripper seeing as we have striker class in Lock Down as well
Plus it sounds so Rippy seeing as it's a "Bandit Sword"
#1: Boost the DMG pure and simple (not the best thought out but...) also make it so the afterimage chop is extended out farther in front of the player, most of the time the afterimage doesn't hit the opponent.
#2: instead of the weapon gaining a Charge Time Reduction at heat levels 5 and 10 make it am Attack Speed Increase
#3: Add to the Charge Attack make it have like 4 afterimage attacks a swipe and leave the DMG per afterimage the same as current. Call it something cool like Blade Storm (that's what it's supposed to be after all) also add like a temporary paralysis to the attack to hold the opponent until after the attack is over, a 3 second would be good, right?
#4: Add a Vampire health (steal life) function to it seeing as the most likely weapon to get you hurt right now (maybe like every 100DMG in a combo gives half a heart)
#5: this is by far the random-est idea I've had but I like it a lot Add bullet deflection to the weapon if you chop near a turret bullet (excluding the missiles) or other monster bullet it will bounce it back and make it "Friendly Fire" so it can possibly hit the monster team.
#1 (damage) and #3 (charge stunlocking) once existed, #2 (CTR) was a general extra added, #4 (life leech) is always the unlikely odd one, I don't see #5 working well in SK, but other forms of inhibiting an attack (interrupts, knockdown) are easier and broader solutions if they don't rollback for #1 and #3.
