Game will not start?

Well, i had this problem the first time i installed Spiral knights on my old computer:
specs:
1gb Ram
250gb Disk Space
Radeon 4650 HD Video Card
Dual 3.4ghz processors
valid java
for a while, the game would "start" (and by start, i mean the first time i run it, it would install, patch, and verify, then it would exit.), every other time i attempt to open the game, it starts, but nothing loads. I checked my community-picture (bottom right of Steam program, it has your picture as blue if your not ingame, grey if your offline, and green if ingame). The picture turns green or about 6-10 seconds, then goes right back to blue. No error messages, no spikes in CPU speed, no anything.
I havn't been able to find anyone who is having the same issues....so i feel a it helpless whenever i get this issue. Funny thing though- my old computer (i checked every now and again to see if the game would run) was actually able to run Spiral knights for about 2 weeks, but when i got this new computer it doesn't seem to work at all...
My new computer has:
3.0GB Ram
160 Gb disk space over 100gb free)
dual 3.0 Ghz processors
Radeon 4650 HD Video Card (i took it from my old computer)
newest java release
My new computer is better than my old one; meets all the requirements Spiral knights asks, and for some reason, will not run it :[

If anyone has any suggestions of things to try, or any fixes, or anything really (Something that isn't in the premade support thread, about changing resolutions and asking if your computer meets the standards), it'd be VERY appreciated.
:D hope i can get back to playing soon, and thanks for reading this long problem i've been having
also, for the record, heres a list of crap i've tried:
1.) Uninstall java/spiral knights, reinstall them ( i've tried both orders, Java then Sk, then i tried SK then java, its nothing to do with that)
2.) Try running the game in lower details
3.) try running the game in a Window
4.) Tried Validating files for game; suprisingly they're all working fine
5.) Smashed my head against the desk a few times, didn't help either
6.) Tried nagging to my friends about it; they couldn't help either

Could you please provide a copy of your projectx.log? It can be found (default Steam installation) in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights. Additionally, if there is a file starting with "hs_err" please also provide a copy. If you find the logs are too long to paste into the forums please link to copies on an external host like Pastebin.com instead.
