Yeah I'm not new to this game but I've considered trying out T1 PVP since I've heard it's not as crazy as the higher tiers.

Right off the bat when I check the wiki for helms, armors, shields and swords, I'm assuming that everyone uses static edges and circuit breaker sets? But for those of you who have tried T1 PvP, I'd like to know how your experiences were, what most people use, and what setups for T1 PvP would be the best. Also, is the heavy hatchet stronger than the thwack hammer, or is it the same? Thanks.

Good luck finding a game...

Armors are pretty much all breaker armors and some spiral scale depending on if the people want to be weak to statuses or not. The popular weapons are the 2 edge swords, heavy hatchet, and the 1* bombs.

The armor I use fire breaker helm and a circuit breaker armor so I am only weak to ice which isnt that common. I just use the heavy hatchet and occasionally a pummel gun to hit annoying bombers.

Heavy hatchet is better than thwack hammer.

Don't overlook the Bolted

Don't overlook the Bolted Blade. I believe it does better DPS in exchange for not causing status on the third hit compared to the -edge swords.

It's usually fairly active during the week ends during the evening.(Around US time.)

Heavy hatchet is better than thwack hammer.

I honestly agree. I dunno, I just feel the Hammer is slower than the Hatchet.(It could be better if you had an ASI UV on it...)

You also might want to look into some trinket slot upgrades and the 1* Heart trinkets.

Wrench wand is 2*so you wouldnt be in T1
