New armor helmet?

I recently saw a NEW helmet in the Spiral Knights wiki. Here's the link to the page:

Could this be a new helmet? There currently arn't any ways to get it but it looks pretty awesome.

What are your thoughts?

It's not a new hat, it's a very old hat from the beta which have been removed before the release. There is no way to get it.
