Did not receive tail when purchased the sonic cd

Hello I had purchaced the Sonic CD and di not receive a tail, but I got the sonic costume. Wondering what should I do or what happened?

Sonic CD will only give you

Sonic CD will only give you the metal sonic suit, not the tail's tails item.

"Also available" does not imply "you get this, too!"
