I was just wondering if, because of the invulnerability in lockdown when you get hit, if ASI on a toothpick would help or hurt. What if, say, you had an ASI VH Swift Flourish, and you tried to combo someone, but your second strike came too quickly and you couldn't land it. Would this ever happen, or is the time on invincibility too small?

Asi still helps, since it shortens recovery time of each swing. But fully decked out vog/skolver toothpicks on strike probably already has maxed asi.
I can't confirm this because of my 500+ ping, but I almost never get hit by the second strike in a Flourish combo. I only see health bars fall off on the first and third hits.
To be honest though, the 'best' Strikers just run circles around you spamming the huge first swing anyway.
