I attempted using the support link at the top bar, however the support portal at the official wiki only leads to faulty links that return 404 errors. This matter is very serious, and I need to contact someone from account support soon, if not now. Thanks.

Daxuss, that link is the same faulty link on the wiki. I don't know if you know of something else, or if there even is a way to contact support, but the link you posted does not work.
