Once upon an "Oktoberfest!" event, a game that I like very much and still play often introduced in-game costumes that can only be worn on a real world full moon. Naturally, I loved the idea and collected all the costume pieces for this game then installed a "Moon Phase Gadget" (http://daylightmap.com/moon/) so that I would know when to wear these costume pieces. Unfortunately, I now feel like some crazed conspiracist because I have noticed my Spiral Knights luck (and the luck of others) increase during specific lunar phases.
During these phases, I have seen multiple love puppies greet me with yelps of love. Weapons and armor/helm pieces that "randomly drop" are suddenly appearing in mass. I've noticed this for the past couple months but never voiced my thoughts because I am a rational person and coincidences such as these are bound to happen. Today, I finally had a "wtf moment" and all of my rational thoughts diminished when I read a thread created yesterday titled, "Gear has been dropping a lot lately, what have YOU found?"
Therefore, my question to the developers and community is... Am I going insane or do rare occurrences in Spiral Knights become less rare during/around particular lunar phases?

But seriously, it's all in your head. There is literally no reason that the devs would code the game to pay out better due to lunar phases. Now, I'm gonna get the nice men in white coats to drop by your house. :p
