Especially when it comes to the DA. The speed increase difference is so minimal, I doubt there's really any difference. Think the devs could patch that? It be nice to know I spent all that CE for some positive effect for the DA speed. (kinda why I went to the trouble in the first place)

It's an invaluable technique when using 2-strikes.
Imo you are wrong, there is a really big diffrence with having plain DA and DA with med asi from strike module.
The diffrence is in how fast you can put your shield up when you finish combo.
