The only Chromalisk in this game that steals pickups is the Kleptolisk which the one in Prize Wheel isn't.

Honestly, I thought it was a random 3* armor with a green icon at first but never saw it again...
The lizard? Takes a random pickup from you. Also, check the wiki for the drops.
