The current selection of oranges to choose from for color change are very lacking.

Please add a neon orange, and an orange that is not so faded/washed out (just a good solid orange).

I'm not a color expert, but I do know that bright orange is more of a contrast thing than an actual 'just add this color' thing.

OP, do you mean personal colors or armor/helm colors?

Because well, we could use more actually orange armor/helms in the game because those Tails tails don't match up with anything at ALL.

As for personal colors... I think the entire spectrum is already covered.

I concur! The orange right now is paired up with a secondary brownish hue that is just weird.

Here's an example of your neon orange.
In order to get this effect, though - all you have to do is put a flat, ugly-ish orange (no orange is ugly but you get what I mean) next to a darker color and gradiate it. I colorpicked the real orange in the center of the design as well as the black along the edges and kind of plastered them all over the top of the image to get an idea of what the actual colors in use are. We already have this orange readily available - there just simply aren't texture sets on (most?) armor pieces that use this contrast effect to achieve the illusion of brightness. I'd love to see brighter oranges (even if it's just relative) on armor though, as it is my favorite color.
Here's another example of how gradients are awesome with flat colors.
