The chaos cloak is my only elemental armor piece. Go away.
Or at least have it to where the armor gives like all highs or something, so that a full set will have you instantly get KO'd whilst doing massive damage with everything. I'd be making a hood (and elemental armor....) if that happened.
Uhm, Chaos means wild, unpredictable, out of control, disorder etc.
Not sayin' the idea of a hardmode set is bad, but just commentin' on your title choice; "true chaos" has nothing to do with a hardmode set. A true chaos set would be one that, say changes every map or has no stats and guaranteed UV bonuses etc; somethin' unpredictable.

Hardmode is proto armor with no shield and a troika.

Hey Mad Bomber rocks for Bombers, but using a sword (i.e, not gettin' the bonuses, but takin' the neg.vh resistances) and you're lookin' at hella hard mode set; can't be lettin' yourself get hit by anythin' that inflicts things!
Would like to see the Chaos buffed for sure, big negatives there and not really much to pay it off. damage:all is nice for sure, but :low stunts it a bit.
