Earlier today I purchased 750 Crystal Energy. Well, attempted to, anyway.The problem is, I never got the 750 CE. However, I still got charged the $2.45. Since I already tried sending Support a message about it, is there nothing else I can do?
Any help is appreciated.

looks like theyre having a lot of these... and couldnt care to stop collecting peoples money for a bit and fix the problem.... greed
I had this issue too the night before last, looks like a few others have too. In game support told me to contact the billing folks to sort it out... currently I/P
