Some players claim that shields were significantly nerfed in the dragon wing update. See thread here: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/42328

Is this true? I haven't noticed it myself, but I've only done one JK run since the patch. Can anyone refute or verify?

My grey owlite holds up fine against a vana mace. That's all I care. And I feel like my dts is doing a better job against giant lichen colonies than before.

Basically, stealth patches are called stealth for a reason. Either they did, or they didn't. It could have been player misconception, or a mob effect. We don't know until devs comment on it.

Yes.

My Swiftstrike in FSC used to survive a Trojan's "fart" attack, now it insta-breaks leaving me with a 9-10 seconds shock. No damage to my health, though.

No noticeable problems from me! My Wise Owlite Shield is still weathering things off like no tomorrow. Then again it might just be the way I use it.

Yep.

My swiftstrike can so longer take a zombie strike on D28, maybe D27, I didn't have to take a hit there.
Also what Eeyup said :(
