Theres a jelly boss (jelly king). Theres a construct boss (roarmulas twins). Theres a beast boss (snarbolax). AND NOW!!!! THERE MUST ALSO BE A FIEND AND UNDEAD BOSS!!!! Well something like the dread skeleon lord and the mafia fiend godfather (since fiends seem to be working for someone)

Maybe not at the actual boss fight, but the Trojans (horse enemies) you see around Firestorm Citadel are fiends.
Besides, most places with fiends have some undead enemies, and vice versa. At the very least, your UV is good against Silkwings (healing butterflies).

Fiends are office workers. Not mafia. Have you seen the fiend bosses speak about their office in their buffs? And mafia wouldn't fit in with spiral knights. We do have lord vanaduke as a boss too, who is technically undead in his backstory but he isn't a typical undead enemy, and in the game he isn't actually undead, so I think the undead boss would be a good idea.
