On the 3rd level "Everybody's Fired" of Whipping and Mishandling 6-2.

After interacting with the object to deliver the supplies to the camp the gate does not lower. there is no way to continue on and finish the level / complete the mission. I have tried 2 seperate times and reached the same dilemma
