1key - 1.3$ - 650ce (those who pay 800-950ce for each key are fools aswell).
Buds - 26keys - 16.9kce or 35$ which is 17.5kce
I wouldn't pay more then 18kce for it.

Be careful when you sell TF2
Be careful when you sell TF2 items on the SK forums. People will naturally try to buy at the lowest possible price.
Since buds are worth around 26 keys. And keys are worth around 2.5 refined, that sets buds at around 65 refined.
If you chose to wait to get the maximum, ideal sale price, you'd be looking at 22,750 CE (350 CE per ref).
Or if you are hasty, and choose to sell at a low price, you'd be looking at 19,500 (300 CE per ref).
How much are you expecting to get from these? I'm rather curious.
