I'm looking to buy a regal parrying blade. I would prefer to buy it attached to a plain wolver coat, but the item itself would be fine. those parrying blades can't be traded on their own, they have to be attached to something to be traded.
that said, if you have a plain wolver coat, I have a regal parrying blade. last price I saw them at was ~1-1.5k ce. I can be in game if you want to discuss in real time.
