Never used a fake or stolen credit card, I have over 600 games on Steam and my account is on good standing, I don't understand why there's a spending limit. Gah.

The spending limit is not related to anything with steam. Just because they aren't on their account doesn't mean they aren't on duty. You should have used this: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new

email support and ingame support are 2 different things
GMs are supposed to check mails and reports, i dont think their job consist o being on-line 24/7 so you can chat with them.

For all we know you could be lying, someone could have stolen your 'clean' account and is impersonating you, under the effects of alcohol, etc,etc.
Sorry, unless they develop a mind-reading software we need this.
