hey all i need help with this problem i have got i have been playing SK normally on steam and i logged of one night as you do but the next day when i tried to go on spiral knights this message is above the logon button " either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. please wait a moment before reconnecting" well i have waited two days now and nothing so i need help please.
sever error message please help

Sorry, I wasn't completely clear there. I meant, "how is your computer connected to your router?" Do you have a wired connection, a wireless connection, or something else?

Those are probably your problem if anything*. Try adding "javaw.exe" to their list of excepted processes and restarting your computer.

OS stands for operating system. The three most popular are Windows, OSX, and Linux. Since you have McAfee and Norton, you must have Windows.
*Really, unless you share your computer, I would strongly suggest uninstalling them and downloading another anti-virus program. I have used both Symantec's Norton and McAfee's anti-virus programs in the past and not only did they slow down my computer considerably, they let in viruses anyway. There are other, better anti-virus programs. For free even! If you do uninstall Norton and McAfee, I would suggest looking into Avira, Avast, and AVG. All three have free versions, all three are faster than Norton and McAfee, and I have never had a virus go undetected while using Avira.
Could you post more details? Your OS, anti-virus program, and internet connection to start.
