I've been thinking we should have those Power Surge Weekends again because the last time we had one was like back in November 2011. We should have one each month, so we don't have to keep using 10 Energy on Gates.

Spy, if you had an Elevator Pass then you'd still go down for free. It wouldn't make you spend energy to go down elevators xDD
Anyway, like Juances said, we don't really need anything burning more CE in the current markets; promotions are barely keeping CE prices down. The last thing we need is a massive CE sink overnight.

First of all, there is no 'should' about these things.
As fr the idea itself, yeah, it would be nice, but E-pass users will feel a little ticked off because they bought a pass for free elevator usage and we get a free discount, which they can't get/make use of.
So a slightly sad -1.

But that only happens because people freak out that the prices will rise and so buy as much as they can, unknowingly raising the market prices themselves.
Our own mistake, just not many people notice it.
