I'm not sure if it just restarts the timer on the elevator pass, but I bought 2 Explorer packs, around the same time today, and it says that it expires in a month. Does it restart for another month after this timer? Or is it glitching where the 2 passes became 1?

lol, pay more attention, you are confusing the standalone pass with the one that comes with the explorer pack.

1 explorer pack = 2 weeks
2 explorer packs = 1 month

No bug here.

They do give the same amount

They do give the same amount of time....
4 weeks = 28 days ~= 1 month
