Why don't you just edit OP whenever you have ideas to add to it? Easier to read a more compressed form of writing than another post anytime something pops into your head.
It can be a discussion as well as a Suggestion, but until you just posted that thing about Tortos, there was no suggestion.

This is a topic that needs a much more thought-out suggestion rather than a discussion methinks.
I think you should at least post a broad view of what you would like to see in the Missions system, THEN ask to discuss it.
