Uninstall and reinstall
Uninstall and reinstall Spiral Knights. Something probably went wrong while you were installing or updating it.

Maybe it's your graphics card
Maybe it's your graphics card driver then? It's very hard to diagnose what the problem is just knowing the textures aren't working.
I was experiencing the same problem with the feather in my Chapeau of the White Rose, but, now, in addition to that, my game completely freezes upon loading up after trying to start this one mission.
I am literally unable to play, and I wonder if this issue is related to the other?
