So I recently came back to Spiral Knights and as my old gear has been fully leveled for awhile I've noticed that all that heat from running the Clockworks has been going to waste. Why not give Knights a bit of a bonus for having fully leveled gear by turning that extra heat into something useful, like crowns?

Three Rings could always just
Three Rings could always just have the Heat Amps not apply to "heat crowns".
Something along the lines of "Only applies to heat toward your gear".

What if the unused heat only
What if the unused heat only increased your chances of getting better stuff from the prize wheel? That way there wouldn't be much inflation or anything.

These are great ideas! im kind of upset sometimes when i see that my heat is going towards nothin :1 better prize wheel drops is an ecxlent idea!!! or maybe we could use extra heat to change the levels faster XD but nag, that would just help people grind specific levels,ike arenas... i just want that to skip candlestick XD

This might help pure F2P players or any players in general trying to level up their armor weapons etc.
Although it likely could be a bit of a fast way to get crowns because of Heat Amps.
