Hello guys. Well, do you know me? Maybe not. Back to the topic. I have 4 account on Spiral Knight.

1) Jellykingo (scammed)

2) Twindoms (scammed)

3) Steam account (secret)

4) Aplauses (not yet)

For your information, all this accounts accept the steam account was get scammed. The Spiral Knight keep saying that im giving the invalid password. But im VERY SURE 100% that I have type the password correctly. Now I realize.. Only steam account is safe now. Thank you Steam :) So, I will check either the Aplauses got scammed too or not. Hope Spiral Knight give more protection at user account.

I have suggestion for more protection to your account.

If the user change it's password, Spiral Knight should send and email to the user email. The email content will tell you what is your old password and your changed password. So, your Spiral Knight user would never be scam.

Yeah, like there were SUCH

Yeah, like there were SUCH valuable things at your accounts.

And the word you are looking for is hacked? You say someone changed your password?

Not really possible to happen, to much hassle for just a silly game.

Im not saying its impossible.

Im not saying its impossible. Im just saying that its just too much work to illegally acces someone account just to steal some imaginary items from online game.

More possible option is that you were just reckless and you either used your accounts in unsecure place, public computer, public network, you saved your password someone, someone read it an dused it or you even by yourself installed an untrustworthy application, possibly a keylogger that intercepted your password (that would explain why steam accounts is safe, it uses kind of autologon so you dont type password).

And i also believe that in order to change passwords someone had to have acces you your email?

As i said too much work for just an not very popular (in a global scale) mmo game.

If you truly believe that you got hacked just write to support@spiralknights.com with your account names, detalis, times and dates and they can check if anyone changer your passwords

"Yeah, like there were SUCH

"Yeah, like there were SUCH valuable things at your accounts. "

This was not needed at all. Way to taunt someone who apparently lost all their things in this game.
