Out of all the things OOO has done, making a pure elemental damage 1* sword has to be the worst. For one, no T1 player can properly defend against it, so it's the single most powerful T1 Lockdown Sword.

I do hope that this is just a mere over-site, since the shadow bomb is 2*.

For the record, I do own the rocket hammer, and I sincerely do not like the fact that it automatically makes me stronger than anyone else in T1 LD. This is several kinds of silly, really.

TL;DR: Prototype Rocket Hammer should be 2*, not 1*.
