So I deleted the mail telling about the testing, (yeah I know that was stupid) but now I changed my mind and I want to do the testing. Please help me by telling me how I can do the testing or get the mail back!

Another section of the forum
Another section of the forum includes "Testing Feedback" with some info on the topic and how to join. You have to have bought about $10 worth of energy in the past 30 days to join though, just telling you right now because if you didn't know before, it may change your decision now.

They're not asking if they're allegeable for the new testing, they got the mail, meaning they can anyways. It's no problem that you deleted it, go to the "Testing Feedback" section of the forums as Errorzinvalid said (Bottom of the list of sections). Check the admins' forums and one of them will give you a way to download "Spiral Knights Preview". I'm assuming it's your first time testing, so I just give you warning, people are leveled up there, and the new things they implement into it, you may not be able to do for a bit until you can get better gear and rank up.*
*Unless they made it so you can do any mission, or give you free stuff in it, otherwise you have to redo everything

Oh, I didn't know that. I got the mail one time and it didn't work for the second shadow lair testing. Maybe I was literally at my 30th day or something and the next day when I signed in it didn't work (or just some bug, I have no idea). I just assumed everyone got the mail.

Yeah, the mail is only sent to those who can do it. I got the mail as well, but I'd rather just use my regular knight than level one I won't be using again.
There is no beta... Or do you mean the test server? You can only access that with a paid account.
