Have Wagner, in the arcade, tell you how many crystals you have currently deposited so you know how far you have to go for this Master Miner Achievement.
IMO, this is the most daunting achievement in Spiral Knights.

You know what is most daunting that can happen with achievment? Dying on D28 by lag-stepping on spikes and failing D0-D29 + no revs.

This is rather difficult or near impossible to do. You have most likely deposited minerals into a gate. I'm giving out this suggestion to help out other players as far as milestones are concerned.
