Add a mobility while firing Piercing gun for Gunners (Snarbolax Gun by Incoherrant is PERFECT but ignored, devs).

The 4* piercing guns always make you stop moving while shooting. A gun like antigua would be nice.
So, if I +1 this and the Snarbolax Gun thread I double +1'd the same thing! Woot!

I like my Blitz needle, but when soloing Vanaduke it can be hard to use as he can attack pretty fast. (So when soloing I pull out my Argent Peacemaker and go to town, but if my Argent peacemaker were PIERCE then it would be super epic! 8D
