They're 1800 CE at the Supply Depot, but you can find them being sold by players for less.

well...
as for shadow keys, only one is required for an entire party to enter one, so Typically speaking, it costs a divided expense of CE between all four members of the party, thus making shadow keys , a surprisingly cheap 450 CE for every player :)
people think theyre too expensive?

BUT if you read carefully... you'll see his original question was "How much does it cost to enter a shadow key" this being said, i think your answer lies in the depths of the ... yknow i dont know .... ive never entered a shadow key before but i've used one :1

or...if you have an alt, you can use his mist to buy a shadow key for 1700 ce, as well as everything else that can be bought from vendors that require CE.
