You can join ANY mission without clearance?

Cant believe they could have missed it, unless it's on purpose for some unknown reason. Just noticed that even if you dont have T2-T3 clearance, you can hop in to any of your friends parties without needing an invitation.

So is it a bug or is there an explaination?

It's a bug if they're joining without clearance or an invitation.

Unless they've done the missions, you get Tier Clearance from the Hall of Heroes now.

Yes, I believe you can join any mission if invited even if you have not reached it yet, but you do not get the special rewards and prestige unless you are eligible for that mission.
