Colbalt Guardian Plate.
It's like the other plates, but has CTR low on the armour and CTR low helm. and the shield has 5/6 health bonus wit CTR MED. The defences is shadow/norm with stun defence.
It is the same set Arkus/Spiral Wardern wears.

Wolver = sword only. Thats fine.
Serell is right about GLOBAL bonuses, like switfstrike buckler.
But at the same time, Atrumvindex alrady said it's like other plate series (wich already come with speed debuffs).
On topic: The shield looks too good to be real.

but uhh... wouldnt this make the demo sets kind of ... obsolete >_<?
i kind of agree with an un-bomber-friendly debuff, thus making the bomber sets also more desirable for bomb usage ^^'?
say.... um... Vulnerablility against..... phhhhh... stun?
or somethin >_<?
have a low ctr on each piece :| and i agree on all terms to have it look like the spiral guardians do :D with the horse head helmet and all!

Oh,
The set itself (without shield) is CTR med.
The shield is mainly a Gunner FSC(like swiftstrike and PMoS) for Blitzers and a universal Bomber shield. Striker/Wolver clones have the BTS with MED Sword DMG. Wolver Clones(?)/ Gunners have Swiftstrike with HIGH ASI. Bombers have got nothing. So this shield is reasonable.
It would be the only thing viable for the Bomastic set (Med CTR and BombDMG Med)

i like the shield idea
Wheres the nerf? All the other sets with a universal weapon boost have a nerf. Fallen has ASI with a damage penalty against fiends, chaos has a universal damage bonus and is weak against all status.
