I noticed in browsing the 5* Hall of Heroes recipes today that the health bonuses are buggy. They are listed according to the bonus you'd get in the tier that the Hall Of Heroes is (I think), which would be Zero. Or T1. So, of course the highest bonus you get on any piece of armor or helm is +1. Which makes the 5* armor look lame. And of course we all know the real bonus when you get down to the core, when you get down to where the armor is meant for, is much better than +1.
So, my suggestion is to fix this. I don't know if you need to make Hall of Heroes read as a deeper tier, or what, but make it so the various star levels of armors (and anything else) read as the bonuses you'd get in the places they belong. When I'm in the Arcade, my armor tells me "+5" but in HoH it says "+1" so just making it read like it does in Arcade would probably work.
