I can never find a group in Missions, so can you please add bots to fill in a missing play slot then disappear when a player joins.
Companion Knights
Monsters are weaker when you solo. That kinda balances out everything.
How about a player founded mercenary knights? Kinda like pokemon mystery dungeon when you wipe. Players need help so they send a request. Other players in haven can go to that billboard and read the help messages, and join the dungeon from there :D
Maybe there can be optional rewards.
stuff for crowns me equips
Solid cobalt helm
Dusker coat
Boltededge
Twisted snaral barb
Drake scale or blazebreaker shield
Or they can offer a fixed cr/CE price depending on the difficulty of the mission. Players who disagree with the pricing can send mails to them to negotiate.
But it still beats solo.
stuff for crowns me equips
That did not make an inch of sense whatsoever.
And this is just an idea so far.
LOL I read what you quoted him and thought "..What?", then I realized..
You have to read his title first.
"I'll do stuff for crowns me equips", translation: "I'll do stuff for crowns; my equips are:"

so a 'hired' mercenary player would have a lower elevator cost (like 3 or 5) and receive a bonus treasure in the end... seems good enough for me, would do it for sure.
and put a cr cost for the helped player, like the same costs of the clockworks (higher levels = higher cr costs)
+1
A hired mercenary knight can go in and save the knight(s) in danger. They will spend 10 energy to enter the floor and leave with prestige (plus a ton of heat) if they succeed.
Lovin' Hex's idea, with Twiddle's added comment about prestige. It'd add in some more player interaction, and would be nice to be a knight in shining armor defending the weak.
Plus, I feel scared going at the Royal Jelly alone.
Plus one to Hex's suggestion with Twiddle's idea of earning prestige and stuff!
Personally, I'd rather just go solo. The Companion AI sucks balls. Also, if we were able to get free companion knights, what would be the point of Mecha Knight Kits? Another thing to think about is that the companion knights are nearly indestructible, so you could just let them do all the work. As far as I know, they can sit down when they "die" but they also just get back up later and continue fighting.
