I was unsure about keeping this or selling this so i would appreciate some offers or feedback on worth or serious buyers. I have a minimum price in mind however.

Cutter with Charge attack speed low , Beast dmg increase low , Slime dmg increase medium.

Do you mean "charge time reduction" ("CTR")?

Anyway, sorry to break it to you, but this is not in very high demand. I have a similar one I've been trying to offload for ages.
