it has worked before, I've reformatted my computer and re installed everything drivers, software java ect but it says that 'we are unable to initialize the games graphics display' after the screen flashes black a few time.

Have you tried running ResetSK.bat?
Has the game worked before or is this your first time trying it?
What exactly doesn't work? Installation?
