Anyone besides me hate when this happens like 11 times in a row when you are trying to type something? Just happened to me 8 consecutive times when I was trying to use trade chat. So aggravating...

Trade chat allows you to post
Trade chat allows you to post once every x amount of seconds. So there's no spam of people flooding the chat. Which is why it takes a while for everyone to get their comments in because they're not allowed to post very frequently. I think it's 15 seconds? I may be wrong. I just wait every minute to post a new chat, so I don't sound too pushy.

Trade chat allows one message from any given individual every 30 seconds. It is to prevent the very thing you were trying to do... namely flood the chat.

my voice becomes hoarse when ever i do /poke alot and it really bothers me. all i do is say /poke at someone for a very long to i didn't do enything? :D

if you are tired of typing
if you are tired of typing the same message each time, highlight it and hit Ctrl+C (to copy) then hit Ctrl+V (to paste)

Having your voice become horse can be kinda bad if a trolljan is aggro'ed on you and you're trying to let your teammates know about tagging/attacking in segmented sentences. Or you could type out full sentences in T3 battles for the lulz.
I like my voice to become horse because I like ponies. :D
