I boot up the game and the screen breaks out in spasms of black. I'm not sure what 90% of what Dxdiag says or how to compare them to better or worse stats and I already downloaded the latest driver. If you need me to fetch any other stats, just let know what and how to get it. If my laptop does not meet the game requirements let me know. Anything will help, thanks in advance

That's a very low amount of RAM. 1 gigabyte of RAM is recommended for running Spiral Knights, but your laptop only has half of that.
I'd recommend buying a new laptop at this point, although you may be able to at least play by launching Spiral Knights with a modified desktop shortcut. If you have a desktop shortcut, could you right-click the shortcut, click on "Properties", and copy and paste what's listed after "Target:" here? If not, I'll see if can upload a shortcut file or a batch file you can use.
