Pasted from support e-mail:

Account: Jim-Dale
Steam: Putty5

I can't post on the forums due to validation errors.

I have tried:

-logging in and out
-switching browsers
-clearing cache
-logging in and out of the English Forum
-trying to post using another knight on the same account

I use a steam account to log into the forums.

I want to see if I can get some help here too.

Do you have an anti-virus

Do you have an anti-virus program with an internet browser extention? I know AVG and Norton have one, but I'm not sure about the others. Anyway, try disabling the browser part of your anti-virus if it has one. Sometimes they block cookies you want, such as cookies from Spiral Knight's servers.

*placeholder, onto something*

I can log into the account as normal, but trying to post gets errors.

No programs seem to be interfering with my ability to post.

This account is starting to turn too.

"Did you cleared cookies?"

"I have tried:

-switching browsers"

I don't think this is a browser problem like cookies or caches if more than one browser is affected. It's either something that affects all browsers like an anti-virus program or the computer's universal internet settings or a problem on OOO's end.

I booted in Safe Mode to make sure no programs are in thee way. This is a problem on OOO's side. I don't get why they can;t just revalidate it, proving Jim Dale is Jim Dale is not hard.

A ban from Wed, 03/28/2012 -

A ban from Wed, 03/28/2012 - 04:49 till now??

And he got banned just few days ago for almost week of using Wiki-Dale to post on forums?

Didnt he said in first post that he contacted a support? And support didnt tell him that Jim-Dale is banned on forum?
And how could it be that he didnt know that Jim-Dale got banned on forum? Shouldnt he get a notification or so? (when your ingame char is banned you get one in game, but if its only forum well its strange)
