I think he just saw the word "Free" in there somewhere.
Maybe I should take that out, even though I thought it was kind of obvious that the next part says "You only pay the unbinding fee".
@Vitross: Yeah um good luck finding a set of 4* gear with Normal Med UVs for 1800 CE. lol :p
