a) The ability to change (rotate and/or flatten) the POV in normal dungeon levels:
We get a bit of this in Vanaduke's bullet hell phases but it'd be REAL NICE to see this happen elsewhere too. Right now, it's MUCH easier to fight EG a pile of gun puppies to your NORTH than it is to fight ones to the south, east, or west (the latter two can be helped a little bit by playing the game with a wider resolution, but not much.
(Downside: Normal dungeon levels may not be designed to be seen from the sides or back -- heck, the walls may not even have polys on the back.)
b) The ability to have carried health vials automatically deploy when the knight is very low on health, or deploy with less/no lag:
I've died more than once because of the scramble to push the health vial button and subsequent wait to have it actually fly over my head and break open. If the game could just do that for me or at least make it less hard to pull off mid-fight, I can guarantee I'd die less in arena levels. (This would be a GREAT modifier to put on the Cautery Sword and its potential upgrades to make it Not Garbage, BTW)
c) The option to decrease the amount of time it takes a knight to raise his shield:
Plenty of times, I have been hurt bad and even killed because of that delay between clicking the shield button and the bubble actually going up. I'm not suggesting that it be decreased across the board, of course, but having this available as a line of trinkets, a line of shields, etc, would be splendid.
The whole game was designed to be seen from only one angle. There are lot of thigns that dont actually have a full 3d model or are just 2d floating images.
Exampels are walls and mini-jellies.
