If you can come up with 4000 free CE that I can have, then I'm sure that I could come up with a free avenger that you can have.
More seriously, the efficient way to get four star and higher gear is to upgrade it from three stars. Four and five star gear is automatically bound to you when it is crafted. Unbinding is expensive, so you'd be paying the 1800 CE unbinding fee on top of what you have to pay to make it worth someone's while to lose the sword.
