Well, first off, you could try not to free hand with a paint program. Try using paper and pencil. Look at a picture while you do it. It helps you capture details. Also, I can tell that it's an Ash Tail cap and coat, mostly because of the gray color and the iconic shape of the wolver cap. To draw the fur, just make a simple jagged outline of it. Draw some smooth lines for, smooth lines. Scan it with a scanner (should be a feature to most modern printers now,) and if you want to refine it with a paint program, go ahead. Just remember to keep the original picture/file just in case.
